Dr. Richa Dewan shared with us one memorable
experience which lifted the spirits and sent the audience
roaring with laughter.
The inauguration ceremony was followed by Hasya Kavi
Sammelan was ever, the students and the faculty had
an interactive session in the guise of tea and snacks
break and surely MAMC sites cherished it. With all these
events, what would one have further wished for a movie.
A new movie "The Terminal" was shown in the
auditorium and it was well attended and the audience
were hooked to the end.
As is the tradition, basketball match was started and
the event was well attended by the students (of course)
as well as the faculty. There was total participation
and every second of the match had twists and turns,
with such a talented commentator like Dr. N.P. Singh
how could one have missed even a bit of action even
if he wanted to. It was a memorable experience.
The winners- the PGs had a ball but poor UGs had one
lesson to learn 'it is consistency that matters for
after leading 3 quarters, they lost the last one.
With all this high tension action all day, it was time
for energy reload, with depleted energy stores and raised
spirits every MAMcite was seen savouring the tasty and
spicy food, girls as usual were found enquiring about
the calorific value of various food items but had almost
all of them (not once but twice!!) people had a warm
get together and every hostler was at his best (to woo
the girls of course)
Now how could any MAMcite miss something as important
as dance party. For this, our very own Basket Ball Court
was converted to the Dance floor, everybody had nice
time shaking their hips to the rhythm. YO!!! MAMcites
that's the spirit.
