The College has one of the finest libraries with an impressive collection of literature, The liabrary is centrally air-conditioned and recently renovated It has spacious reading rooms for students where they can study up till late hours. It has a large number of books and journals and modern self-learning facility through audio-visual aids to keep the readers abreast of latest medical developments all over the world. The library has also acquired computer with 8 terminals having modern Medlar facility for literature search. This has served as unique educational support for postgraduate students as well as teachers. Print out facility for CD-ROM database is also available.

LIBRARY RULES :-

1. Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Senior/Junior Residents and Faculty members are eligible for membership of the library after applying on the prescribed membership form available with the Librarian..
   
2. The library normally remains open on every working day from 9.00 A.M. to 8.00 P.M. or for such hours as are fixed from time to time. On Sundays and holidays, the library remains open from 10.30 A.M. to 4.30 P.M. Reading room remains open for round the clock.
   
3. The members of the library can borrow one book on each card at a time for a period of two weeks. Further renewal will be permitted if there is no outstanding demand from other members.
   
4. Current / loose journals is issued for 7 days and bound back volumes of journals is issued for two weeks.
   
5. Current periodicals on display are not be issued.
   
6. If Librarian holds the borrower responsible for any damage or loss of the book(s) and periodical(s), the borrower will be required to replace or pay for the damaged / lost book(s) or any other document.
   
7. Internet surfing for academic purpose and CD-ROM MEDLINE facility is available from 9 A.M. to 4.00 P.M.
   
8. Refundable security deposit applicable currently is as follows:
   Undergraduates - Rs. 2,000/-
   Postgraduates - Rs. 5,000/-
   MAMCOS - Rs. 10,000/-
